On 28 September 2026, Gelephu Survey and Land Transaction Services initiated a joint pilot survey in collaboration with the Surveyors of Sarpang Dzongkhag, RigsarVajra Joint Venture (GMC) and a few Surveyors from the National Land Commission Secretariat (NLCS) who were on tour to the Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC). The NLCS Surveyors participated in the programme during their private time.
